    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>JOB SUMMARY:  </span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: windowtext\">To provide support in the Guest Dining Department with special emphasis as a dishwasher. </span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: windowtext; font-weight: bold\">This is a seasonal position available during our Winter Camp season (January–March) &amp; Summer Camp Season (June-September).</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Performs dishwashing responsibilities according to sanitary requirements and department procedures.</span></li>\n<li><span>Maintains the dish machines and dishwashing area within sanitation guidelines.</span></li>\n<li><span>Maintains the dumbwaiter and the stairs and ensures sanitation guidelines.</span></li>\n<li><span>Monitors and maintains trash levels in kitchen.</span></li>\n<li><span>Maintains cleanliness of trash rooms.</span></li>\n<li><span>Reports needed repairs to the supervisor.</span></li>\n<li><span>Assists with basic food preparation when needed.</span></li>\n<li><span>Assists with food deliveries as directed by the supervisor and cleans and maintains coolers, warmers and equipment.</span></li>\n<li><span>Seeks to develop capabilities in the area of basic food preparation.</span></li>\n<li><span>Performs other duties as assigned.</span></li>\n<li><span>Actively participates in staff spiritual life activities.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Working towards high school diploma or equivalent.</span></li>\n<li><span>Valid food handler’s card, or willingness to obtain card.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>QUALIFICATIONS: </span></span><span>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Requires moderate to heavy physical work; some lifting, pushing, or pulling of objects up to 50 pounds or over.
