This role reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer and is highly focused on building, improving, and maintaining detailed financial models and reports that drive operational decision-making.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">Essential Functions / Duties / Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Build and own updates to financial models for revenue, expenses, cash flow, headcount, and SaaS metrics</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Maintain and refine rolling forecasts and detailed budgeting templates</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Track and model SaaS performance indicators: ARR/MRR, churn, retention, CAC, LTV, cohort performance, etc.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Construct monthly, and quarterly financial reports and metrics and analyze variances</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Dive into ad-hoc analytics requests, extracting insights and translating them into explanations and recommendations</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Support financial diligence, valuation modeling, and scenario analysis for potential M&amp;A opportunities</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Assist with integration modeling and post-acquisition performance tracking as needed</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to understand drivers of performance and model impacts at a granular level</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Participate in and reviews aspects of the month end close process</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Lead Sales commission variable compensation calculation and financial administration</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Ensure financial data integrity and alignment between actuals and models</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Prepare and deliver regular financial reporting to the VP of Finance &amp; Accounting, COO, CEO, and Board of Directors</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Clearly articulate model assumptions, limitations, and insights to non-finance stakeholders</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif\"><em> </em></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">Minimum Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">CPA and/or MBA.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">5–8+ years of FP&amp;A, corporate finance, or related experience.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">Prior experience in a SaaS FP&amp;A role.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);
