Qualifications
What we’re looking for:
Proven culinary leadership experience as a Chef de Cuisine, Executive Sous Chef, or similar role
A serious passion for food, technique, and hospitality
Strong leadership presence—calm under pressure, sharp in execution, respected by the team
Experience in elevated, high-volume, chef-driven restaurant environments
Deep understanding of kitchen financials, labor management, and cost controls
Creativity balanced with discipline (yes, both matter)
A palate for excellence and an eye for detail
Someone who wants to chase recognition—not for ego, but because standards matter
Bonus points if:
You understand what makes a restaurant Bib Gourmand-worthy: approachability, consistency, and exceptional quality
You can coach cooks into chefs
