          "text": "<p>Cleans rooms and inspects, halls in commercial establishments such as Hotels and Timeshare and restaurants, by performing the following duties.</p><p><strong>As a Housekeeper, you will:</strong></p><ul><li>Must consistently meet quality and timeliness standards in the cleaning of all assigned rooms.</li><li>Must achieve a productivity of 12 credits per day. Credits are assigned based on size and type of service.</li><li>Strip units and remove all trash.</li><li>Clean units including but not limited to bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets, decks.</li><li>Bathrooms - Clean bathtub, toilet, sink, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters, and floor surfaces using cloths, mops, sponges, brushes.</li><li>Bedrooms -Strip and make beds, change bed linens, which may require lifting of all soiled linen.</li><li>Report damaged, dirty or stained carpets, drapes, furniture and linens.</li><li>Consistently maintain unit inspection score of 80% or above as dictated by established by the resort.</li><li>Ensures proper use of all equipment and supplies following established procedures.</li><li>Immediately reports Lost &amp; Found items following established procedures.</li><li>Work in a team environment and assist with other duties as necessary.</li><li>Ensure all inventory is in each unit.</li><li>Replenishes houseware supplies as needed.</li><li>Washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork.</li><li>Cleans entire unit inside and outside.</li><li>Empties wastebaskets and cleans ashtrays.</li><li>Assists in the training of fellow employees as it pertains to their area.</li><li>Other duties may be assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>To excel in this role, you must embody our core values of integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic.
