You will be both a clinical resource and a people-centered leader &mdash; guiding staff, supporting clients, and upholding SCADD&#39;s commitment to trauma-informed, recovery-oriented care.</p><p>Responsibilities include:</p><ul><li>Directly supervise clinicians and/or recovery staff conducting therapeutic program activities to ensure compliance with regulatory standards</li><li>Orient and train new staff to program and clinical expectations, clinical approaches, and new initiatives</li><li>Assist in orienting new staff to the electronic health record</li><li>Review and approve all clinical documentation in a timely manner, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, discharge summaries, and other client-related documents</li><li>Assist in facilitating weekly multidisciplinary team meetings</li><li>Support identification of client needs that cannot be met at the current level of care and collaborate on referrals to available support systems and community resources</li><li>Ensure safety guidelines are followed, as well as compliance with state and local health, safety, and fire codes</li><li>Perform direct care as needed to meet contractual obligations and budgetary performance expectations</li><li>Participate in the orientation of new employees and the transfer of knowledge essential to the performance of duties</li></ul><p><strong>What You&#39;ll Need:</strong></p><ul><li>Master&#39;s degree in the human services field required</li><li>Independent licensure required: LCSW, LPC, or LMFT</li><li>1+ year of supervisory experience required</li><li>Minimum of 2 years of clinical/counseling experience desired</li><li>Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills</li><li>Commitment to trauma-informed care, recovery-oriented practice, and SCADD&#39;s values of diversity, equity, and inclusion</li><li>Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment</li></ul><p><strong>Why SCADD?</strong></p><p>Since 1966, SCADD has remained at the forefront of substance use disorder treatment, continuously evolving to meet the needs of individuals, families, and communities across Southeastern Connecticut.
