Data Visualization, Analytics & Insights (50%)</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Evaluate existing data, reporting systems, dashboards, and databases to:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Optimize reporting effort and reduce redundancy</li>\n <li>Improve data accuracy and consistency</li>\n <li>Enable real-time / automated reporting</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Design and build intuitive, insight-driven dashboards and reports for:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Executive leadership (high-level summaries)</li>\n <li>Operational teams (detailed performance tracking)</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Analyse trends and proactively:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Identify opportunities to improve quality, productivity, speed, and customer outcomes</li>\n <li>Drive data-backed discussions with stakeholders</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Integrate and correlate data across systems, including:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Operations performance</li>\n <li>Headcount and cost trends</li>\n <li>Customer experience metrics</li>\n <li>Employee engagement, attrition, hiring data</li>\n <li>Develop a holistic view of business performance by linking cross-functional data</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>2. Program & Project Management (30%)</p>\n<p>Drive end-to-end execution of strategic and operational projects</p>\n<p>Ensure:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Clear scoping and planning</li>\n <li>Predictable, on-time delivery</li>\n <li>Strong stakeholder alignment</li>\n <li>Follow up on action items and enforce accountability</li>\n <li>Publish regular status updates, dashboards, and governance reports</li>\n <li>Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across Ops and non-Ops teams</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>3. Executive & Administrative Support (20%)</p>\n<p>Support Ops leadership with:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Calendar, travel, and meeting coordination</li>\n <li>Preparation of review decks, reports, and discussion materials</li>\n <li>Track priorities and ensure leadership bandwidth is optimized</li>\n <li>Enable effective cadence of weekly/monthly business reviews/townhalls</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Success Metrics (What good looks like)</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Reduction in manual reporting effort (e.g., % automation achieved)</li>\n <li>Improvement in data accuracy and reporting turnaround time</li>\n <li>Adoption and quality of dashboards by leadership</li>\n <li>Measurable improvement in key operational metrics (via insights)</li>\n <li>% of projects delivered on time and with desired outcomes</li>\n <li>Leadership satisfaction / effectiveness (through support provided)</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Core Skills</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong data analytics & visualization capability (Power BI / Tableau / Excel advanced / SQL preferred)</li>\n <li>Ability to translate data into clear business insights</li>\n <li>Strong program management & execution rigor</li>\n <li>Structured thinking and problem-solving</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Experience</p>\n<p>3–6 years with background in:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Operations analytics / business intelligence OR</li>\n <li>Consulting / PMO / strategy roles OR</li>\n <li>Hybrid analytics + ops environments</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Behavioural Traits</p>\n<ul>\n <li>High ownership and follow-through</li>\n <li>Comfortable working with senior leadership</li>\n <li>Detail-oriented but able to think strategically</li>\n <li>Strong communication and influencing skills</li>\n <li>Ability to juggle multiple priorities</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What do we offer</h2>\n<p>HireRight does not accept unsolicited resumes through or from search firms or staffing agencies.
