We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious professional with strong sales ability, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to manage plumbing related mitigation projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will present professionally, respond quickly to new plumbing leads, and confidently guide homeowners through both self-pay projects and insurance-covered losses.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></span></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Manage all aspects of the inspection up to signed Work Authorization.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Documentation of all communication and job progress in dedicated job management software</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Perform in-person inspections of damage and secure job with client in the field</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Weekly Strategy meetings with Marketing Rep, Operations Manager, File Coordinator and GM to review prior weeks Secured and Non-Secured jobs</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Keep all stakeholders informed of job status daily from initial visit through a signed Work Authorization (this includes homeowner, tenant, property manager, referring party, ect.)</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Organize all job information and documentation in appropriate CRM utilizing pictures, notes, and tasking features. This includes scoping, sketching, and documentation.
