    "description": "<h2>Description and Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>The Intensive Home-Based Therapeutic Care program provide services for youth with emotional challenges and/or multistressed families. The scope of services includes flexible individualized treatment, rehabilitation, supervision, and support that vary in intensity, depending on youth and family needs. The services are delivered by a core team of staff using a Wraparound Philosophy support which helps family, support members, and service providers work together to support the family or child. In addition, all services are delivered using a Trauma Informed Care approach.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Young Adult Peer Mentors use their lived experience to support young adults with setting and implementing goals in education, employment, housing, relationships, life skills and social needs.
