If so, we are looking for you!!!!</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Maintenance Planner - HIRING IMMEDIATELY - Bridgeview, IL</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Hours: Days E-Shift 6:30am to 4pm Monday - Friday</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Compensation: </strong>Hourly pay rate range $35.36 to $50.74- paid weekly</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Summary:  </strong>Under supervision, is responsible for Maintenance work plans and schedules, including repairs, preventative maintenance and shutdown work.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Plan and prepare schedules based on the directions of the Engineering Manager</li>\n <li>Determine the material and tools/equipment requirements</li>\n <li>Ensure Maintenance Planning/Scheduling needs are completed, coordinated, and communicated within all functional areas, including contractor & vendor management.</li>\n <li>Verify availability of required materials before scheduling work orders</li>\n <li>Create purchase orders for materials and replacement parts</li>\n <li>Track status of parts and change status of work schedules based on parts availability</li>\n <li>Maintain and manage preventative maintenance system schedule</li>\n <li>Maintain the file system</li>\n <li>Drive to other facilities or vendors for emergency parts pickup</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Competencies:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong background in reliability</li>\n <li>Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude with a background in reliability.</li>\n <li>Customer service focus</li>\n <li>Highly organized</li>\n <li>Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects with competing deadlines</li>\n <li>Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with personnel of various levels</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Education/Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Associate’s degree or minimum of 3 years’ experience in manufacturing, equipment maintenance, or materials management</li>\n <li>Language Skills: Must be able to read and write fluently in English</li>\n <li>Mathematical Skills: Must be extremely accurate with numbers.
