What You Will Do
Set up, operate, and maintain CNC equipment, including mills, lathes, routers, and wire EDM machines, ensuring precision, efficiency, and adherence to production requirements. Operate and maintain heat treatment ovens and additional manufacturing equipment as required to support operational objectives. Troubleshoot equipment and process-related issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain production continuity. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation related to procedures, equipment maintenance, production activities, and operational metrics. Perform quality inspections and verification checks on manufactured components to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards. Adhere to all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to maintain a safe working environment. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient production area in accordance with company standards and best practices. Communicate production concerns, equipment issues, and operational updates to appropriate stakeholders in a timely and professional manner. Support inventory management activities by tracking materials, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring accurate inventory control practices are maintained.

What You Will Bring
High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum of two (2) years of experience operating CNC machinery in a manufacturing or production environment. Technical degree, vocational training, or certification in machining, manufacturing technology, or a related field preferred. Working knowledge of CNC machine setup, operation, and routine equipment maintenance practices. Proficiency in the use of precision measuring instruments, including calipers, micrometers, and related inspection tools. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to identify and resolve operational issues efficiently. Demonstrated attention to detail with a strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment. Experience with additive manufacturing and/or 3D printing technologies is preferred and considered a strong asset.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and remain on feet for extended periods throughout the work shift. Ability to safely perform physical activities including bending, crouching, reaching, and positioning equipment or materials in support of manufacturing and operational requirements. Ability to occasionally lift and move materials or equipment weighing up to 50 pounds. Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination required for the safe and effective operation of machinery, tools, and precision equipment. Visual acuity required to perform detailed inspections, identify defects, and verify product quality and specifications.
