    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><b>Technical Services Representative – Waterproofing, BES</b></p>\n<p><b>Are you looking to take your knowledge and skills in commercial waterproofing to a successful organization in high-growth mode?</b></p>\n<p><b>Join Team Polyglass and become part of our dynamic, forward-thinking team and best-in-class products!</b></p>\n<p><i>Position will be remotely based (home and travel) within the west coast, CA or OR.</i></p>\n<p><b>What You Get to Do:</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Use your expertise to guide and lead people and projects by performing on-site job start waterproofing&nbsp;observations,&nbsp;prepare formal reports, and communicate results with appropriate internal and customer contacts</li>\n <li>Promote waterproofing practices and proper installation techniques to Polyglass contractors and distribution partners to ensure quality outcomes&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Showcase the most effective and safe use of Polyglass products during installation demonstrations of products at Polyschool training sessions and other formal or informal events organized by Sales Team or self</li>\n <li>Perform investigations of material or warranty complaints to ensure issue-free resolution</li>\n <li>Confidently advise contractors, distributors and other customers as they relate to Polyglass product features and effective installation techniques</li>\n <li>Partner effectively with the Polyglass Sales team to promote products, assist in securing new business and leveraging current network relationships</li>\n</ul>\n<p><b>The Skills and Experience You Bring to Us:</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum of 3 yrs in commercial waterproofing is a strict requirment</li>\n <li>Previous experience as a Manufacturers’ Representative or Contractor.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Experience working in the field doing troubleshooting, training, warranty-related work with contractors is highly desired. &nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Experience with commercial waterproofing technologies such as below-grade, blind-side, membranes, coatings, Air/Vapor Barriers or similar products are required.</li>\n <li>Requires a valid driver’s license, a good driving record and high school diploma are all required</li>\n <li>Daily local and/or overnight travel a must.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><b>Preferred Requirements</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>IIBEC certifications preferred. &nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<b>Take a look at what it’s like to be part of our family at Polyglass!</b></p>\n<p><a href=\"https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rZo5t2kn_SQ\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">Polyglass is a Family!</a></p>\n<p><a href=\"https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7qG07JonFnw\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">Life at Polyglass</a></p>\n<p><i>** This is a remote position **</i></p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>",
