    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Occupational Therapist – Hand Therapy</strong><strong>Location:</strong> Tampa, FL 33612<strong>Schedule:</strong> Full-Time | Monday–Friday<strong>Compensation:</strong> Starting at $75,000+ annually (based on experience)<strong>Incentive: </strong>$10,000 bonus PLUS $350/month student loan repayment (no end date)</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Select Physical Therapy is hiring a Full-Time Occupational Therapist with hand therapy experience to join our Tampa team. Minimum of 2 years of hand therapy experience required; CHT preferred. Treat a variety of upper extremity diagnoses including post-op fractures, tendon injuries, and non-operative conditions. Splinting experience preferred.</p>\n<p>Work alongside an experienced clinical team in a fully equipped outpatient setting with strong physician collaboration. Apply today to join a growing national hand therapy program.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Responsible for the evaluation, plan of care, treatment, re-evaluation, discharge, and appropriate communications of high quality hand therapy services to patients and customers.</li>\n <li>Develop treatment plans, supervise assistants and aides, contribute to case management, and provide quality patient care.</li>\n <li>Maintain positive level of interaction with facilities and clients. Enhance and expand client relations with facilities and their staff.</li>\n <li>Stay current and up to date with Occupational Therapy research and employ Evidence Based Practice (RCB, clinician expertise, patient perception).</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be a graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapy.</li>\n <li>Minimum two (2) years current hand therapy experience.</li>\n <li>Minimum of two (2) years experience in application of custom splinting pre and post-op orthopedic required.</li>\n <li>Minimum two years in adult rehabilitation; hand and splinting experience required.</li>\n <li>Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.</li>\n <li>Valid state driver’s license</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Additional Data</h2>\n<p><strong>Recharge & Refresh:</strong> Generous PTO to maintain a healthy work-life balance</p>\n<p><strong>Your Health Matters: </strong>Comprehensive medical/Rx, vision and dental plan</p>\n<p><strong>Invest in Your Future: </strong>Company-matching 401(k) retirement plans, as well as Life and Disability protection</p>",
