You'll be part of an agile and dynamic workplace where today's solutions are built for tomorrow's challenges.</p>\n<p>In this role, the Quality Assurance Inspector will conduct detailed inspections, document results, and report any non-conformances. They will work closely with production team to resolve quality issues, maintaining compliance with relevant standards, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts to enhance product quality and process efficiency.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Accountabilities</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Product Inspection and Testing</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong ability to read, understand, and interpret dimensional engineering drawings, including GD&amp;T, ensuring components meet exact specifications.</li>\n<li>Proven capability in using precision inspection and measurement equipment (e.g., Vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges, CMMs, FARO), with the ability to interpret and act upon measurement results accurately.</li>\n<li>Foundational knowledge of quality technician practices, including root cause analysis, corrective and preventive action (CAPA), calibration processes, and support of continuous improvement initiatives.</li>\n<li>Conduct thorough inspections of incoming raw materials, in-process items, and finished products, ensuring compliance to Engineering print &amp; Engineering Standards.</li>\n<li>Document inspection results, highlighting any deviations from specifications and communicating findings to relevant teams for corrective action.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Quality Assurance Documentation</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Accurately complete and maintain detailed records of inspection results, non-conformance reports, and other quality documentation.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with the quality team to revise and update inspection protocols and procedures as needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Collaboration and Problem-Solving</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues in real-time, ensuring minimal disruption to workflow.</li>\n<li>Participate in team meetings to provide feedback and insights related to quality control processes and contribute to root cause analysis for recurring issues.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compliance and Standards Adherence</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintaining oversight to ensure compliance with company, industry, and international standards (e.g., ISO 9001) during all inspection processes.</li>\n<li>Assist in the preparation for and participation in internal and external audits.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Continuous Improvement</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Recommend improvements to processes and procedures to enhance overall product quality.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Health &amp; Safety</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Follow and enforce health and safety protocols within the inspection area to maintain a safe working environment.</li>\n<li>Report any potential safety hazards to the HSE Manager.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We are Looking For</span></p>\n<p>To thrive in this role, you should bring:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing or engineering environment.</li>\n<li>Ability to read, understand, and interpret dimensional engineering drawings, including GD&amp;T, ensuring components meet exact specifications</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of ISO 9001, with experience in ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 being advantageous.</li>\n<li>Qualified internal auditor certification (ISO 9001).</li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively share information with colleagues.</li>\n<li>Strong IT skills, particularly in producing high-standard documentation, data analysis, and report generation.</li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.</li>\n<li>Experience with HVAC systems and/or controls systems is desirable.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why Armstrong Fluid Technology?</span></p>\n<p>By joining us, you’ll become part of a global community dedicated to pushing the boundaries of fluid-flow technology.
