          "text": "<p>Channel Marketing – Industrial Solutions is responsible for driving Channel engagements for our Solutions and New Product releases. In this position, you will focus on Channel meetings, Mass Market customers and driving application-level business opportunities through early customer engagement. Focus will be on the Industrial market, including applications in Building and Industrial Automation. This can include door locks, building security, HVAC and other technologies enabling next-generation technologies. The role will be the regional lead for ensuring our local distributor partners have a share of mind of our NPIs and Solutions. You will work with Sales, Product Group partners and the Solutions Team to formulate a plan for engagement with all local Distributor Partners.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Channel Engagement Planning</strong><ul><li>Work with Product Groups and the Solutions Team to plan the release schedule</li><li>Building a marketing plan around the release schedule</li><li>Work with Sales on Engagement Plan</li></ul></li><li><strong>Customer Engagement &amp; Opportunity Development</strong><ul><li>Present at Distributor offices</li><li>Hold Workshops with Distributors and Customers on new Solutions and NPI’s</li><li>Support team in building relationships with key accounts and ecosystem partners (internal and external)</li><li>Guide the identification of solution-level and product-level opportunities and differentiation across key industrial segments</li></ul></li><li><strong>Solution Enablement &amp; Evangelism</strong><ul><li>Direct the promotion and positioning of relevant application-focused solutions.</li><li>Champion cross-business solution initiatives at a strategic level</li></ul></li><li><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration</strong><ul><li>Facilitate collaboration between the BD team, field sales, FAEs, marketing, and business units</li><li>Represent the regional voice in corporate planning and solution development</li><li>Feed market intelligence back into business units</li></ul></li></ul>",
