This role combines hands-on clinical support with medication administration and patient flow coordination in a clinic setting.</p><p><strong>What is PACE?</strong></p><p>PACE or Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly is a federal and state funded program that provides comprehensive, coordinated, and proactive whole-person care to help maintain and improve seniors&#39; health so they can live safely in their homes.
