If you are passionate about cloud-native transformation and want to lead the shift toward asynchronous, high-scale architectures, this opportunity is for you.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>We’re seeking Senior Software Engineers who can \"build alongside\" our team, providing the architectural expertise and hands-on coding required to shortcut the process of proving the best cloud solutions. You will drive the implementation of our first stateless .NET migration, which will serve as the template for our global migration strategy.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">The Impact You'll Make:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide advisory and hands-on support during the AWS to Azure transition.</li>\n<li>Lead the design and implementation of asynchronous, event-driven systems using Kafka for interconnectivity between cloud providers.</li>\n<li>Use a modern tech stack centered on .NET and Azure to re-architect stateless services originally built on AWS Lambda.</li>\n<li>Leverage Azure technologies such as Azure Container Apps (ACA) or Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) to build scalable, performant services.</li>\n<li>Take ownership of data strategy, guiding the shift from DynamoDB to Cosmos DB for future service iterations.</li>\n<li>Operate and maintain the new Azure landing zones, focusing on network connectivity, high availability, and project governance.</li>\n<li>Stay informed of the latest trends in cloud infrastructure to determine the best use of native tools versus third-party solutions like Confluent.</li>\n<li>Write clean, maintainable, and testable code while establishing CI/CD pipelines.</li>\n<li>Mentor junior and peer engineers, helping them gain experience in building, operating, and monitoring within the Azure ecosystem.</li>\n<li>Participate in the entire product lifecycle, from assessing compute options (ACA vs. AKS) to ongoing optimization of the migration path.</li>\n<li><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Technology Stack (Main Technologies):</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Azure Compute: Azure Container Apps (ACA) or Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) (one is mandatory).</li>\n<li>.NET Core / .NET 6+ (Mandatory).</li>\n<li>Messaging: Kafka, Confluent, or Azure Service Bus.</li>\n<li>Cloud Infrastructure: AWS (for egress context) and Azure (Landing Zones, Network Connectivity).</li>\n<li>What You'll Bring To Us:</li>\n<li>Strong ability to work full-time alongside an existing team, providing both strategic architectural conversations and \"in-the-trenches\" coding.</li>\n<li>Practical communication skills to explain the nuances of managing the Azure control plane and orchestrator.</li>\n<li>Keen analytical skills to evaluate the work required for different compute models and propose the most efficient \"quick wins\".</li>\n<li>Dedication to monitoring performance in the new Azure environment to maintain optimal operations post-migration.</li>\n<li>Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail when re-architecting synchronous calls into asynchronous flows.</li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for technical documentation and team collaboration.</li>\n<li>Proactivity and the capacity to bring well-thought-out solutions to meet the mid-February project start date.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Some of the benefits you'll enjoy working with us</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>A highly competitive compensation package.<br>Medical insurance<br>The chance to join an organization with triple-digit growth that is changing the paradigm on how software products are built.<br>The opportunity to form part of an amazing, multicultural community of tech experts.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Come and join our #ParserCommunity.<br>Follow us on Linkedin</p>",
