Join us as a <strong>Civil&#xa0;Superintendent</strong>&#xa0;focused on&#xa0;<strong>municipal&#xa0; infrastructure </strong>-&#xa0;including water and wastewater treatment facilities, bridges, and other essential public works projects.</p><p>As our <strong>Civil</strong>&#xa0;<strong>Superintendent </strong>, you’ll lead day-to-day construction activities, enforce safety and quality standards, and partner closely with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to drive projects across the finish line - on time, on budget, and with the craftsmanship our reputation depends on.</p><ul><li>Continuously monitor project budget and forecasting to the individual phase code level and cost type for potential gains and losses</li><li>Provide leadership and direction for all project activities and tasks, ensuring project outcomes are delivered successfully and in compliance with all contracts and client needs</li><li>Ensure clear communication of project-specific roles and responsibilities for all site personnel. Provide regular and respectful feedback for all under your direction</li><li>Monitor company equipment and supplies to ensure the needed equipment is where it’s required.</li><li>Inspect tools and equipment and notify the Tools and Equipment Manager for service and repair as needed</li><li>Pitch in hands-on when needed, including night shifts or extended hours, to overcome challenges and meet critical milestones</li></ul>",
