If you bring a solutions-oriented mindset and a hands-on approach, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Location :&nbsp;</strong>Thomasville, GA (onsite)</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong data-start=\"453\" data-end=\"463\" data-pasted=\"true\">Shift:</strong> Off-shift (2nd or 3rd shift)</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li data-section-id=\"ft7dky\" data-start=\"1802\" data-end=\"1961\" data-pasted=\"true\">Set up and perform non-destructive testing (NDT) using Liquid Penetrant (PT/FPI) methods in accordance with approved procedures and customer specifications</li><li data-section-id=\"41b2k9\" data-start=\"1962\" data-end=\"2060\">Perform inspections and interpret results in compliance with NAS 410 Level II requirements</li><li data-section-id=\"5ujvnh\" data-start=\"2061\" data-end=\"2258\">Ensure proper use, care, and basic maintenance of PT equipment, including but not limited to penetrant systems, dwell tanks, dryers, inspection booths, spray equipment, and associated materials</li><li data-section-id=\"d3ubhd\" data-start=\"2259\" data-end=\"2369\">Verify equipment functionality and process controls (e.g., system performance checks such as PSM-5 panels)</li><li data-section-id=\"h9saxv\" data-start=\"2370\" data-end=\"2470\">Conduct inspections in accordance with applicable codes, standards, and contractual requirements</li><li data-section-id=\"1g0kp1\" data-start=\"2471\" data-end=\"2543\">Accurately document inspection results and maintain required records</li><li data-section-id=\"uadh1v\" data-start=\"2544\" data-end=\"2657\">Serve as a technical resource to Level I inspectors and support training and on-the-job development as needed</li><li data-section-id=\"vhqyj6\" data-start=\"2658\" data-end=\"2734\">Maintain current NAS 410 Level II certification in Liquid Penetrant (PT)</li><li data-section-id=\"qy00zp\" data-start=\"2735\" data-end=\"2853\">Support process improvement and assist with procedure review and qualification activities under Level III guidance</li><li data-section-id=\"u75t41\" data-start=\"2854\" data-end=\"2939\">Assist in the development and improvement of NDT procedures and work instructions</li><li data-section-id=\"94p7sw\" data-start=\"2940\" data-end=\"3068\">Support qualification and certification activities in accordance with NAS 410 (as appropriate for Level II responsibilities)</li><li data-section-id=\"tomkbn\" data-start=\"3069\" data-end=\"3135\">Demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail</li><li data-section-id=\"142c051\" data-start=\"3136\" data-end=\"3172\">Perform other duties as assigned</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li data-section-id=\"1qzwcef\" data-start=\"3208\" data-end=\"3366\" data-pasted=\"true\">High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum of three (3) years of related NDT experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience</li><li data-section-id=\"brk1i0\" data-start=\"3367\" data-end=\"3533\">Must meet the training, experience, and certification requirements for Level II Liquid Penetrant (PT) in accordance with NAS 410</li><li data-section-id=\"152mc3f\" data-start=\"3534\" data-end=\"3611\">Must hold current NAS 410 Level II certification in Liquid Penetrant (PT)</li><li data-section-id=\"7lvz6y\" data-start=\"3612\" data-end=\"3696\">Experience with fluorescent penetrant inspection (FPI) methods (Type I) required</li><li data-section-id=\"175k7rk\" data-start=\"3697\" data-end=\"3950\">Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without sponsorship now or in the future.
