This role is ideal for individuals with a background or interest in psychology, sociology, criminal justice, special education, or related fields who are passionate about working with youth and building skills in behavioral support, crisis intervention, and therapeutic care. This is a strong opportunity to gain meaningful hands-on experience in a residential treatment environment while making a direct impact on youth stability and growth.</p><h3 data-section-id=\"1j5ac4d\" data-start=\"871\" data-end=\"889\">What You&rsquo;ll Do</h3><p data-start=\"890\" data-end=\"1685\">&bull; Provide overnight supervision and support for youth in a safe, structured residential environment<br data-start=\"989\" data-end=\"992\">&bull; Serve as a positive role model through coaching, mentoring, and daily interaction<br data-start=\"1075\" data-end=\"1078\">&bull; Respond to behavioral challenges and crises using therapeutic and de-escalation techniques<br data-start=\"1170\" data-end=\"1173\">&bull; Support youth in developing coping, social, and behavioral skills<br data-start=\"1240\" data-end=\"1243\">&bull; Document and track youth behaviors using agency systems<br data-start=\"1300\" data-end=\"1303\">&bull; Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant residential environment<br data-start=\"1379\" data-end=\"1382\">&bull; Administer medications as directed and maintain accurate records<br data-start=\"1448\" data-end=\"1451\">&bull; Participate in physical interventions when necessary, following Pro-ACT and agency safety protocols<br data-start=\"1552\" data-end=\"1555\" data-is-only-node=\"\">&bull; Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree preferred<br data-start=\"1874\" data-end=\"1877\">&bull; Minimum 1 year of experience working with youth in residential, school-based, or community settings preferred<br data-start=\"1988\" data-end=\"1991\">&bull; Strong communication and relationship-building skills<br data-start=\"2046\" data-end=\"2049\">&bull; Ability to engage youth positively and manage challenging behaviors calmly and effectively<br data-start=\"2141\" data-end=\"2144\">&bull; Strong judgment, reliability, and ability to follow structured procedures<br data-start=\"2219\" data-end=\"2222\">&bull; Comfortable working overnight shifts in a residential environment<br data-start=\"2289\" data-end=\"2292\">&bull;
