With integrity, a solid work ethic and empathy for older adults, you can create a long, satisfying, and fruitful senior living career at Freedom Village of Bradenton.&nbsp; &nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>ABOUT this ROLE:</strong></p>\n<p>We are seeking a friendly, compassionate, and detail-oriented Concierge to join our Nursing and Rehabilitation Center team. In this vital role, you will be the welcoming face of our facility—creating a warm, supportive experience for Residents and their families from admission through discharge.</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>YOU ARE EXCITED ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY BECAUSE YOU WILL…</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Partner with the Admissions Department to coordinate new admissions and communicate equipment needs (beds, oxygen, etc.) to nursing staff</li>\n <li>Prepare rooms for incoming Residents by ensuring:</li>\n <li>Previous belongings are packed and removed</li>\n <li>Deep cleaning is completed</li>\n <li>Beds are made and call bells, lights, and TVs are functioning properly</li>\n <li>Assemble and deliver welcome baskets for new Residents</li>\n <li>Greet and escort Residents from the lobby to their rooms, creating a positive first impression</li>\n <li>Build meaningful relationships with Residents and families by providing support and assistance</li>\n <li>Respond to call bells within scope and notify nursing staff when additional care is needed</li>\n <li>Address Resident concerns and complaints in accordance with the grievance process</li>\n <li>Assist with room transitions, including short-term rehabilitation to long-term care</li>\n <li>Provide tours during off-hours or when Admissions staff are unavailable</li>\n <li>Complete room readiness forms daily and email to Room Readiness group.</li>\n <li>Conduct Discharge Satisfaction Surveys on all discharging residents at least 24 hours prior to discharge.</li>\n <li>Complete Welcome report on all new admissions.</li>\n <li>Build admission agreements for all new residents and present those agreements to residents/responsible parties for signing within 72 hours of admission.</li>\n <li>Insure resident receives an identification bracelet and remove any existing bracelet from hospital and be sure name is added to the resident room number sign</li>\n <li>Responsible for coordinating and conducting any necessary room changes</li>\n <li>Following up with residents/families when resident is hospitalized to determine if they would like to pay to hold the bed and complete forms as required</li>\n <li>Prepare and distribute discharge gift bags</li>\n <li>Assist in dining room during lunch meal service</li>\n <li>Attend in-service training courses and required staff meetings</li>\n <li>Perform additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor</li>\n <li>Requirements</li>\n <li>Customer service experience required</li>\n <li>Customer service experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Rehabilitation setting, or Assisted Living Facility (ALF) preferred</li>\n <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li>\n <li>Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;<strong>WE VALUE OUR EMPLOYEES AND SHOW APPRECIATION THROUGH…</strong>&nbsp; &nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Scholarships and Educational Assistance Programs, because we value the development of our team members and promoting from within.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Extraordinary Reward Points, because we value recognizing and appreciating our employees for their hard work.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Our comprehensive benefits, because we value health and wellness for you and your family.</li>\n <li>Various Employee-led Committees because we value employee engagement and making your voice heard.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>A Free and Confidential Employee Assistance Program because we understand that life happens.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Paid Training</li>\n <li>Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short and Long Term Disability, (401)K Retirement&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Freedom Village Bradenton has partnered with Daily Pay to give our team members control over accessing their paycheck on their own schedule.
