          "text": "<p>The Quality Group Leader will provide support to the Quality Manager.&#xa0; This role will include insuring product quality by providing proper standards and physical test requirements to production, customer communication and follow up, routine clerical duties and furnishing reports.&#xa0; <strong>This position is in an industrial setting.<strong>&#xa0; </strong>You will be required to be “on the floor” and around equipment for the majority of your shift.</strong></p><p><strong>Essential Job Functions:</strong></p><ul><li>Responsible for verifications and calibrations of scales, measuring and testing equipment</li><li>Responsible for training on multiple jobs and functions of the wet section and QC lab</li><li>Fills in as an operator or inspector as needed</li><li>Supports employees with direction and troubleshooting of work functions</li><li>Maintains clean and organized work area according to 5S standards</li></ul><p><strong>Other Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>Paint:</p><ul><li>Work with Paint Suppliers to manage Standards &amp; TDS’S entry in AS400</li><li>Complete Draw-downs upon request</li><li>Manage Non-Conformance paint process</li><li>Ensure copies of TDS’s are filed for plant reference</li></ul><p>Verifications:</p><ul><li>Manage Verifications and Calibrations of all coating line testing equipment</li><li>Manage Verifications and Calibrations of all scales and measuring equipment</li></ul><p>Wet Section:</p><ul><li>Manage Wet Section chemical inventory</li><li>Manage Wet Section maintenance</li><li>Work with Henkel during visits, own findings in the Henkel Scorecard</li><li>Audit Wet Section conditions while line is running</li></ul><p>Other:</p><ul><li>Organize and maintain mill samples and retains</li><li>Cut and ship customer requested samples</li><li>Audit physical testing on coating line</li><li>Disposition coils in AS400 when needed</li><li>Performs monthly and quarterly proficiency testing</li><li>Fills in w/in Quality Department as needed</li><li>Assist Quality Manager with customer communication</li><li>Assist Quality Manager with maintaining controlled documents</li></ul><p><strong>Critical Demands:</strong></p><ul><li>Repetitive use of hands to press buttons and operate line controls</li><li>Climb stairs to reach line controls when necessary</li><li>Occasional twisting of the neck and trunk</li><li>Sufficient physical movement in order to safely operate complex, high speed equipment</li></ul><ul><li>Squat, kneel or stoop frequently to perform job duties</li><li>Reach or extend forward for long periods of time to perform job duties</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to read and comprehend written materials such as schedules, SOPs, work rules, etc</li><li>Ability to comprehend and follow oral instructions</li><li>Frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds</li><li>Walk or stand for extended periods of time</li><li>Stamina to work in extreme temperatures</li><li>Ascend and descend stairs to reach work areas</li><li>Dexterity to operate computers in order to enter or retrieve information</li></ul><p><strong>Tools and Equipment Used:</strong></p><ul><li>Tachometers</li><li>Micrometers</li><li>Calculators</li><li>Calibrated tape measure</li><li>Hand operated drum trucks</li><li>Various small hand tools</li><li>Shears and knives</li><li>Personal protective equipment</li><li>Computer terminal</li><li>And any other equipment used in the performance of any job qualified for</li></ul><p><strong>Work Environment:</strong></p><ul><li>Seasonal temperature extremes, including&#xa0;temperatures over 90 degrees</li><li>Some work areas located on 2nd or 3rd floor</li><li>Concrete or asphalt floors</li><li>Exposure to high levels of noise</li><li>Exposure to dust</li><li>Periodic exposure to fumes from paints and chemicals used in coating processes</li><li>Use of respirator required while performing some job functions</li></ul>",

          "text": "<p>As the selected candidate you will have a Minimum of a High School diploma and one to three years of experience in a clerical or administrative position at a manufacturing facility.</p><ul><li>Typing 45 wpm and good business writing, editing &amp; proofreading skills.</li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.&#xa0;</li><li>Organization skills and ability to start and complete tasks on a deadline with little supervision.</li><li>Ability to interact with all employees, customers, vendors and other contacts in a positive, business-like manner.</li><li>Knowledgeable in running the wet section and quality processes, familiar with SOPs and work instructions for both areas</li><li>High school level reading and writing, visual acuity to read labels, meters, gauges, documents and instructions</li><li>2 or more years work experience in an industrial or warehouse environment</li><li>Ability to safely operate small manual and electric hand tools</li><li>Available to work up to 12 hours per day on rotating shifts, that could include weekends and holidays</li><li>Regular and on-time attendance.</li></ul>",
