    "description": "<p>Position Title: Data Analyst- SharePoint</p>\n<p>Location: Redstone Arsenal</p>\n<p>Position Type: Full-Time</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>The Analyst will work alongside the program management office and customer support teams to provide data related project support, data investigation, research, data management data reporting and SharePoint development. The Analyst will be instrumental in analyzing data discrepancies and making recommendations to AMC Leadership. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform (SharePoint, Power BI, Power Automate) and be capable of rapidly developing and refining solutions in an agile environment. The individual will be responsible for translating user needs into functional, scalable and secure applications within the Microsoft ecosystem.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>· Prepare reports and documentation for customer review</p>\n<p>· Apply strong verbal and written communication to respond to RFIs</p>\n<p>· Work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment</p>\n<p>· Work with a variety of data sources - extracting knowledge and actionable information from massive datasets</p>\n<p>· Be a passionate problem solver - breaking down problems and providing solutions after applying critical thinking skills</p>\n<p>· Continuously strive for a deeper understanding of AMC’s operational and performance drivers</p>\n<p>· Participate in AMC working groups, peer groups, and other functional support groups to provide recommendations on control systems cybersecurity best practices, risk management</p>\n<p>· Develop, test, deploy and maintain SharePoint solutions, including custom web parts, workflows, and applications</p>\n<p>· Design and implement Power Automate flows to automate business processes and integrate with other systems</p>\n<p>· Create interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize data and provide actionable insights</p>\n<p>· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and deliver solutions that meet business needs</p>\n<p>· Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing, and deployment</p>\n<p>· Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SharePoint, Power BI, and Power Automate applications</p>\n<p>· Work with large, disparate datasets to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data for analysis and reporting</p>\n<p>· Perform analysis of source documentation and real property databases to identify critical facilities at DoD Installations</p>\n<p>· Develop and manage databases for critical facility documentation</p>\n<p>· Track and report asset changes and source documentation updates to ensure critical facility documentation remains up to date</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Preferred Qualifications</p>\n<p>· Knowledge or previous experience in applying analytic methodologies and principles</p>\n<p>· Experience with Data Analytics tools such as ACCESS, Excel, Vantage and Power BI</p>\n<p>· Perform extensive data validation/quality assurance analysis within large datasets and build proactive data validation tools to catch data integrity issues</p>\n<p>· Apply data modeling and data Visualization principles</p>\n<p>· Utilize MS Office and relevant databases and software tools</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Previous DoD/Army Staff experience</p>\n<p>Certification in one or more of the following:</p>\n<p>· PL-400: Microsoft Certified Power Platform Developer Associate</p>\n<p>· PL-600: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert</p>\n<p>· AZ-204: Azure Developer Associate</p>\n<p>· PL-300: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (formerly DA-100)</p>\n<p>· Experience with Azure services (e.g., Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps).</p>\n<p>· Familiarity with data modeling and database concepts.</p>\n<p>· Experience with data governance and data quality principles.</p>\n<p>· Knowledge of Risk Management Framework (RMF) processes and security compliance requirements.</p>\n<p>· Experience working with data warehousing solutions.</p>\n<p>· Experience with data visualization best practices.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Experience</span></p>\n<p>· Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, engineering, math, statistics, operations research, business or related field or equivalent experience</p>\n<p>· Minimum of 4-8 years related experience to Include SharePoint Development</p>\n<p>· US Citizenship required; must have a minimum of an active DoD SECRET Security Clearance</p>\n<p>· Must have exceptional Microsoft Office skills (including EXCEL and PowerPoint)</p>\n<p>· Possess working competence in data construction, integration, querying and visualization development</p>\n<p>· Proficiency in SharePoint Online development, including SharePoint Framework (SPFx)</p>\n<p>· Strong understanding of Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)</p>\n<p>· Experience with Microsoft 365 services and integration with SharePoint</p>\n<p>· Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs)</p>\n<p>· Demonstrated experience working within an Agile development framework (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)</p>\n<p>· Strong ability to troubleshoot, resolve data issues and build tabular and/or visualization reports</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>CULTURE REQUIREMENTS:</span></p>\n<p>• Engineers, Analysts, and Developers at Cintel, Inc. are highly motivated, technical, and self‐organized.
