We are seeking a Data Analyst to support our Risk team.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting various business units by providing data analysis and evaluating business processes to help determine the organization’s performance.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Essential Functions:</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Analyze performance and production data to assist in determining the organization’s present and estimate its future operations performance.</li>\n<li>Perform various data analytics in SQL, Excel, and/or Power BI</li>\n<li>Compile and analyze productivity and performance data for all CFC department’s and Vendors.</li>\n<li>Assist in the creation and on-going maintenance of all departmental reporting policies and procedures.</li>\n<li>Exercise discretion and independent judgement in analyst responsibilities.</li>\n<li>Analyze, document and make recommendations to existing or new business processes.</li>\n<li>Participate in short and long-term projects and new initiatives.</li>\n<li>Participate in process redesign, testing, and measurement projects.</li>\n<li>Build and manage financial/analytical reporting models.</li>\n<li>Perform monthly self-audits of Vendors.</li>\n<li>Identify and report to management production trends accordingly.</li>\n<li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">The ideal candidate will have the following:</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics/MIS or related field.</li>\n<li>0-2 years as an Operations Analyst or Data Analyst experience.</li>\n<li>Proficiency with Excel and SQL preferred.</li>\n<li>PC-related skills (SAS, SQL, Excel, Access, Word, Power BI, or other software applications) are preferred.</li>\n<li>Strong quantitative skills.</li>\n<li>Prior credit card or financial services experience a plus.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why Continental Finance?</span></p>\n<p>Continental Finance Company (the “CFC”) is one of America’s leading marketers and servicers of credit cards for consumers with less-than-perfect credit.
