This role provides Level 2 software support, develops and maintains MES-related applications, and works closely with production and engineering teams to ensure system performance and operational efficiency.<br><br><strong> Responsibilities</strong><br>• Provide Level 2 software incident management and troubleshooting support.<br>• Develop and maintain software applications for PTH, Testing, Packing, and Shipping processes.<br>• Monitor and resolve software and system-related production issues.<br>• Work closely with production, engineering, and IT teams to support manufacturing operations.<br>• Maintain and update work hours in the Redmine system.<br>• Update and manage ticket status in the Redmine ticketing system.<br>• Support system improvements, testing, and implementation activities.<br>• Create and maintain technical documentation as needed.<br><br><strong>Qualifications & Skills</strong><br>• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field preferred.<br>• Experience with MES systems or manufacturing software support preferred.<br>• Knowledge of software troubleshooting and incident management.<br>• Familiarity with Redmine or similar ticketing systems preferred.<br>• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.<br>• Good communication and organizational abilities.<br>• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Experience with manufacturing operations and production support is a plus.<br> ",
