    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Job Purpose:</strong></p><p>Under clinical supervision of a physician, the Nurse Practitioner provides behavioral health and/or substance use disorder treatment to patients within the scope of his/her licensure and expertise level of the supervising physician.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Master&rsquo;s Degree in Nursing with appropriate license to practice.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Core Job Duties:</strong></p><ul><li>Gather and maintain patient information and records, including social and medical history obtained from patients, relatives, and other professionals.&nbsp;</li><li>Prescribe and administer psychotherapeutic treatments/medications to treat behavioral health disorders and/or substance use disorders at assigned program/sites.&nbsp;</li><li>Advise and inform guardians, relatives, and significant others of the patient&rsquo;s conditions and treatment.&nbsp;</li><li>Examine or conduct laboratory or diagnostic tests on patients, as necessary.</li><li>Attend Quarterly Prescriber Meetings and any other assigned meetings.&nbsp;</li><li>Adherence to all applicable evidence-based practice models.&nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrate a working knowledge of diagnostic criteria sets for substance use and/or behavioral health disorders.&nbsp;</li><li>Orally communicate information effectively and accurately.&nbsp;</li><li>Assure program operates within the constraints of the agency&rsquo;s certification (CARF, DMH) standards and strategic plan related to clinical care.&nbsp;</li><li>Abide by program and agency policies and procedures.&nbsp;</li><li>Other job duties and special projects as assigned.</li></ul></div>\n",
