This position plays a key role in bringing our marketing initiatives to life through event coordination, promotional execution, guest engagement, and operational support.</p>\n<p>If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, coordinating memorable events, and creating exceptional guest experiences, we encourage you to apply.</p>\n<h2>Essential Duties & Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Practice, support, and uphold the Mission, Vision, and Values of WarHorse Gaming Omaha.</li>\n <li>Execute all aspects of casino promotions, special events, prize drawings, entertainment events, VIP experiences, and marketing campaigns.</li>\n <li>Represent WarHorse Gaming at community events, promotional appearances, and off-property activations.</li>\n <li>Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.</li>\n <li>Process promotional cash transactions in accordance with Marketing Operations policies, including tournament buy-ins, re-buys, and promotional rewards.</li>\n <li>Set up, operate, and troubleshoot audio equipment and other event-related technology.</li>\n <li>Install, transport, set up, and break down promotional materials, displays, banners, and event equipment.</li>\n <li>Prepare contest rules, waivers, release forms, and promotional documentation for digital, social media, and on-property campaigns.</li>\n <li>Maintain and oversee promotional prize inventory and prize distribution.</li>\n <li>Update and manage internal tracking reports and promotional spreadsheets.</li>\n <li>Communicate event and promotion details to internal departments to ensure successful execution.</li>\n <li>Attend required meetings, trainings, promotional events, outreach activities, and departmental check-ins.</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with all marketing schedules, timelines, and operational requirements.</li>\n <li>Perform routine kiosk maintenance and cleaning.</li>\n <li>Complete additional duties and special projects as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<h3>Required</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be at least 21 years of age.</li>\n <li>High School Diploma or GED.</li>\n <li>Valid Driver's License.</li>\n <li>Ability to obtain and maintain a Nebraska Gaming License.</li>\n <li>Strong organizational, communication, and guest service skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and varying schedules based on business needs.</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>Preferred</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Two (2) years of casino marketing, promotions, events, hospitality, or related experience.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of casino marketing programs and player development initiatives.</li>\n <li>Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and casino systems such as CMS, LMS, and EMS.</li>\n <li>Experience coordinating events, promotions, or community outreach activities.</li>\n <li>Bilingual communication skills are a plus.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You'll Bring</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Exceptional guest service and relationship-building skills</li>\n <li>Strong attention to detail and project management abilities</li>\n <li>Creativity and enthusiasm for event execution</li>\n <li>Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment</li>\n <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li>\n <li>Collaborative team-oriented mindset</li>\n <li>Professional communication and presentation skills</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Benefits</h2>\n<p>WarHorse Gaming offers a competitive benefits package, including:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Federal Employees Medical Coverage</li>\n <li>Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance</li>\n <li>401(k) with Immediate Vesting and Company Match</li>\n <li>Quarterly Incentive Program</li>\n <li>Paid Vacation, Holiday, and Sick Time</li>\n <li>Career Development Opportunities</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Core Competencies</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Collaboration Skills</li>\n <li>Guest Focus</li>\n <li>Communication Proficiency</li>\n <li>Flexibility</li>\n <li>Problem Solving</li>\n <li>Ethical Conduct</li>\n <li>Stress Management & Composure</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Work Environment</h2>\n<p>This position works in both office and casino environments and requires occasional lifting of promotional materials and equipment up to 50 pounds.
