  "BriefDescription": "As the Preventative Maintenance Service Coordinator, you will have ownership over the entire Field PM process from beginning to end. Your goal is to ensure that your customer’s machines are properly maintained according to their maintenance schedule. You will be responsible for communicating with your customers and the PM Field Technicians regarding scheduling of services, ensuring services are performed correctly and in a timely manner, updating customers with the results of the services, and invoicing once services are complete.  You will also have administrative duties in the office to include accounts payable, ensuring accurate technician efficiency reporting, and management of parts ordering/returns.",
