For information, visit www.saintclares.com.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Provides clinical services to youth and family including crisis intervention strategies, when indicated. Participates in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings, record keeping, and consultation and education. Develops interventions based on youth needs and practices utilization management.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>1. LCSW preferred; LPC, LCADC license for independent practice level required. (If the employee holds one or more of these licenses, primary source verification must be tracked annually).</p>\n<p>2. Master’s in Counseling, Psychology or Social Work.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Pay Transparency</h2>\n<p>Saint Clare's Health offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. Benefits may vary based on employment status, i.e. full-time, part-time, per diem or temporary.  A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $60,548 to $75,691 on an annualized basis.
