Additionally, the Property & Casualty Litigation Attorney will be responsible for the investigation of a complex/critical event that could have subrogation potential based on initial review but requires more in-depth analysis to validate a recovery opportunity can be proven. In-depth investigation could include hiring of external investigation services (i.e.: cause & origin expert), telephone interviews with all parties involved, obtainment of supporting documents needed to provide theory of liability and making recommendations to clients. The responsibility of this position will include the management of expenses on these files to prompt and equitable conclusion. This position will also be responsible for handling large/complex files to their conclusion within the settlement guidelines set forth by P&C Division and its clients. This will include but not be limited to having contact with all parties involved in the file to ensure the maximum legal recovery is made on each file.</span><br><span style=\"line-height:115%;\">
