Opened in 1954 and designed by Morris Lapidus, it was the most luxurious hotel on Miami Beach, and is thought to be the most significant building of Lapidus' career.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Responsible for providing courteous and competent services to ensure guests are processed efficiently during check-in on arrival and check-out on departure.</p> \n<strong><u>Examples of Duties</u><u>, includes but is not limited to the following</u>:</strong>\n<strong> </strong>\n<p>1.         Complete necessary paperwork and respond to guest comments and requests.</p>\n<p>2.         Collect proper cash, credit card, or other form of payment.</p>\n<p>3.         Post all room charges, paid outs, and corrections accurately.</p>\n<p>4.         Check availability and rates on a continuous basis.</p>\n<p>5.         Perform other related duties as assigned. </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Well organized and demonstrated strong problem solving skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to communicate effectively and establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff. </li>\n <li>Bilingual highly desireable.</li>\n <li>High school education or equivalent. College degree preferred.</li>\n</ul>",
