We provide leading‐edge conveyor and sortation systems, voice and light‐directed order fulfillment equipment, controls and software, robotics, mezzanines, and structures.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>If you want to join a team of industry leading experts and who want to create an impact on the future of material handling solutions, we want to hear from you!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Position Summary:</strong></p>\n<p>The Inventory Control Coordinator maintains the inventory database and ensures daily inventory levels meet distribution and operational needs.</p> \n<strong>Responsibilities include but are not limited to:</strong>\n<ul>\n <li>Entering data into inventory database about quantities of issued and transferred parts and inventory  </li>\n <li>Resolving Inventory shortage discrepancies </li>\n <li>Receiving manufactured parts into stock and issue out to upcoming jobs </li>\n <li>Consolidating manufactured parts to maximize shelf space </li>\n <li>Assisting in daily tasks to assure productivity efficiency </li>\n <li>Identifying parts through the use of SAP and drawings </li>\n <li>Auditing locations for part and count for accuracy (i.e., work order and 3-Stage put away checks) </li>\n <li>Investigating missing stock parts needed for work orders and sales orders </li>\n <li>Monitoring and keeping an updated shortage list available for the Inventory Management team </li>\n <li>Employees are responsible to comply with all requirements of Daifuku’s QMS policies and procedures. </li>\n <li>Employees are to ensure sustainable process outputs that drive continuous improvement to provide leading industry performance and exceptional customer satisfaction.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education and Experience Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent preferred</li>\n <li>Minimum 1 year of inventory control experience</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong computer skills including MS Office</li>\n <li>Accurate data entry skills</li>\n <li>Technical orientation</li>\n <li>Excellent organization skills</li>\n <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li>\n <li>Customer service orientation</li>\n <li>Team orientation</li>\n <li>Self-motivated and detail-oriented</li>\n <li>Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and multi-task on a daily basis</li>\n <li>Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>ADA Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Light work:</strong> Exerting up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. If the use of arm and/or leg control requires exertion of forces greater than that of sedentary work and if the worker sits most of the time, the job is considered light work.</li>\n <li><strong>Kneeling:</strong> Bending legs at knee to come to a rest on knee or knees.</li>\n <li><strong>Crouching:</strong> Bending the body downward and forward by bending leg and spine.</li>\n <li><strong>Reaching:</strong> Extending hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction.</li>\n <li><strong>Standing:</strong> Remaining upright on the feet, particularly for sustained periods of time.</li>\n <li><strong>Walking:</strong> Moving about on foot to accomplish tasks, particularly for long distances or moving from one work site to another.</li>\n <li><strong>Fingering:</strong> Picking, pinching, typing or otherwise working, primarily with fingers rather than with whole hand or arm as in handling.</li>\n <li><strong>Talking:</strong> Expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word; those activities where detailed or important spoken instructions must be conveyed to other workers accurately, loudly, or quickly.</li>\n <li><strong>Hearing:</strong> Perceiving the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction, and having the ability to receive detailed information through oral communication, and making fine discriminations in sound.</li>\n <li><strong>Visual Acuity: </strong>The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; visual inspection involving small defects, small parts, and/or operation of machines (including inspection); using measurement devices; and/or assembly or fabrication of parts at distances close to the eyes.</li>\n <li><strong>Job Conditions: </strong>The worker is subject to inside environmental conditions: Protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#LI-DNP</p>\n<h2>Job Posting Min Salary</h2>USD $20.00\n<h2>Job Posting Max Salary</h2>USD $25.00",
