As a Senior Project Engineer, you will play a crucial role in our team, applying your expertise and sound judgment to evaluate, select, and implement top-notch structural design techniques. This role involves managing projects from early design through construction as well as fostering strong relationships with clients through communication and high-quality engineering work. The Team Our structural engineering teams provide custom solutions for new constructions and expansions, with a strong record in notable projects like Coors Field, the Alice L. Walton School of Medicine , and Harborcenter . Responsibilities Engage with clients and contractors as primary point of contact throughout the project life cycle. Manage and collaborate with engineering and technician staff to produce high-quality projects. Act as a mentor and resource for less experienced staff regarding design techniques, software, and code questions. Develop, monitor, and manage project work plans, schedules, and design budgets. Uphold quality control by checking calculations, drawings and other documents.
