Offer upgrade options based on plumbing inspections findings.</li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Repairing or replace broken drainage lines, clogged drains, faucets etc.</li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Locating and repair issues with water supply lines (e.g. leaks)</li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Reading blueprints and drawings to understand or plan the layout of plumbing, waste disposal and water supply systems</li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Cutting , assembling and installing pipes and tubes with attention to existing infrastructure (e.g. electrical wiring)</li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Installing and maintaining water supply systems</li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Repairing domestic appliances (e.g. washing machines) and fixtures (e.g. sinks) etc.</li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Installing waste disposal and sanitary systems with well-functioning DWV systems</li>\n\n<p><strong>Skills and Requirements:</strong></p>\n\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">At least 3-5 years of Residential Service Plumbing experience</li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Journeyman License is a Plus</li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Service Titan experience a plus</li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Solid understanding of water distribution and disposal systems in residential, commercial and industrial buildings</li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Working knowledge of heating and ventilation systems as well as appliances</li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Ability to handle plumbing tools and equipment (pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, plungers etc.)</li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Good communication and interpersonal skills</li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Friendly with a great deal of patience</li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">Good physical condition and strength with the ability to work in awkward spaces</li>\n\n</div>\n</div>\n</div>\n</div>\n</div>"
