Responsibility also includes coordinating the process of PICC Line/Midline placements, communication with primary care nurse and providing education for care and maintenance of vascular access devices. The Vascular Access RN directs the PICC line process and team member, establishing a positive and professional rapport with other departments and staff focusing on the provision on individualized quality patient care consistent with organizational standards and goals.</p>\n<h2>What We're Looking For</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Education: ACLS certified - BLS certified -PICC certified Member of AVA and/or INS</li>\n <li>VA-BC (Vascular Access Board Certified) Certification required within one year of start date</li>\n <li>CPUI (certified PICC ultrasound inserter) within one year of position acceptance</li>\n <li>CRNI within 6 months of start date</li>\n <li>BSN within 1 year max of start date</li>\n <li>Experience: 3-5 years’ experience in acute. 3 years of recent PICC Line experience required.   </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications: When determining the compensation, several factors may be considered including, years of relevant experience, credentials, union contracts, education, and internal equity.</li>\n <li>Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance</li>\n <li>401K, Retirement savings plan with employer contribution</li>\n <li>Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays</li>\n <li>Tuition Reimbursement</li>\n <li>Opportunities for professional growth, development, and continuing education</li>\n <li>Employee wellness programs and resources</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Influenza Vaccinations are a requirement for employment.
