Come join Arcwood and be part of our legacy of environmental leadership!</p>\n<h2>Essential Functions & Responsibilities </h2>\n<p><strong>Supervisor, Healthcare Programs</strong><strong></strong>As a Supervisor, Healthcare Programs you will be responsible for managing a Medical Device Collection Program for a region of customer hospital sites. This role will supervise and provide guidance to technicians performing device collection services at hospitals within a specific region and will manage all regional customer communications. </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Prioritizes health and safety by adhering to policies, processes, and maintaining safe practices at all times</li>\n <li>Manages the safety of assigned area for all team members, including but not limited to, managing safety audits, safety training, communication with insurance companies, incident investigations, monitoring safety systems, and communicating unsafe conditions on customer sites</li>\n <li>Trains new Healthcare Device Collection Technicians to effectively complete collection tasks for their respective customer sites</li>\n <li>Prepares service schedule inputs for any hospitals within assigned region </li>\n <li>Partners with customer representative to set up new hospital for services, including site assessments, collection container installation, and ongoing evaluations of site needs</li>\n <li>Ensures Healthcare Device Technicians are set up and approved in any Hospital Credentialing Programs as required </li>\n <li>Provides inspection services to customers including bin inspections, data collection via mobile application, packaging of full containers for shipment and conducting various facility inspections as required during the onboarding process of new technicians or due to vacancy </li>\n <li>Maintains regional account data in service platform including hospital information, locations, containers, routing and updates employee service profiles </li>\n <li>Partners with customer to achieve program efficiencies</li>\n <li>Completes area invoicing, payroll approvals and expense tracking and approvals </li>\n <li>Maintains maintenance records for assigned vehicle fleet and ensures safe operating conditions </li>\n <li>Receives and maintains credentials to provide service at customer sites as needed </li>\n <li>Maintains medical records for vaccination and testing related to credentialing; COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required </li>\n <li>Completes interviews, onboarding, and performance evaluations and implements disciplinary actions as needed </li>\n <li>Responds as needed to provide assistance during off-hours and maintains availability for conference calls with Healthcare team and customers </li>\n <li>Maintains the ability to travel 60% of the time regionally and nationally for inspections, hospital implementations, supervisory tasks or Corporate meetings </li>\n <li>Takes on additional duties as assigned to support the team and organization</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Education </h2>- High-school diploma or equivalent (required)\n<h2>Experience</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>2+ years of supervisory or job-related experience (required) </li>\n <li>Previous experience within a customer service role (preferred)</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Benefits, Compensation & Workforce Diversity</h2>Arcwood offers stability you can count on and opportunities to grow.
