The position involves up to 24 hours per week focusing on short-term individual counseling, consultation with faculty and staff, and shared crisis on-call duties to ensure continuity of care. In addition to clinical services, the clinician will support mental health outreach and tabling events, engage the community in training and workshops, and participate in campus-wide visit and orientation days.</p><p style=\"margin-left:.25pt;\">This role offers a highly flexible work environment designed to accommodate various working hours and scheduling needs, including the option to structure the position as a 10, 11, or 12-month appointment. While the role is primarily in-person, it is eligible for a flexible work arrangement that may include telehealth or remote work.
