This role supervises IRD team members, supports service execution, and ensures all guest interactions meet Black Desert Resort’s ultra-premium hospitality expectations.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This position requires a hands-on leader who can balance operational oversight with direct service support while maintaining efficiency, quality, and guest satisfaction.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Job Specifications</strong></p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Onsite:</strong> Black Desert Resort<strong>Shift & Schedule Availability:</strong> Year-Round / Full-Time<strong>Pay Rate:</strong> $18/hour plus portion of service charges. This is the pay rate we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Why Join Us</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Leadership Opportunity</strong>: Lead a guest-facing team in a high-impact service environment.</li>\n <li><strong>Operational Experience</strong>: Gain experience in a key revenue-generating outlet.</li>\n <li><strong>Comprehensive Benefits</strong>: Health insurance, retirement plans, employee dining room, paid time off, and resort perks.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities including but not limited to</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Oversee daily in-room dining operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of all orders.</li>\n <li>Supervise, coach, and support IRD servers and support staff.</li>\n <li>Ensure all orders are properly prepared, presented, and delivered according to resort standards.</li>\n <li>Monitor service flow, timing, and order accuracy to maintain efficiency.</li>\n <li>Assist with order taking, POS entry, and guest communication as needed.</li>\n <li>Ensure proper setup of trays, carts, and in-room service standards.</li>\n <li>Oversee billing accuracy, posting to guest folios, and cash handling procedures.</li>\n <li>Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and service recovery professionally.</li>\n <li>Conduct pre-shift briefings and communicate daily priorities and updates.</li>\n <li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of IRD service areas and equipment.</li>\n <li>Support inventory management, ordering, and supply levels.</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and service standards.</li>\n <li>Partner with culinary and front office teams to ensure seamless service delivery.</li>\n <li>Support scheduling, labor management, and productivity goals.</li>\n <li>Step into operational roles during peak periods to support the team.</li>\n <li>Uphold Black Desert Resort’s ultra-premium hospitality standards.</li>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum of 2–3 years of food and beverage experience, preferably in room service or upscale dining.</li>\n <li>Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of service standards and guest experience expectations.</li>\n <li>Proficiency with POS systems and guest billing processes.</li>\n <li>Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to multitask and manage a fast-paced environment.</li>\n <li>Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>#blackdesertresort</p>",
