We are seeking an Underground Laborer to join our team in Plover, WI . In this role you will support both aerial and underground telecom construction by performing hands-on tasks such as trenching, conduit placement, material handling, and fiber installation. You will assist with fiber blowing, basic troubleshooting, and equipment operation while learning to read maps, schematics, and network designs. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, values safety, and wants to grow their technical skills in RF and fiber networks. Why TAK?
