The Faith Kids director will oversee all weekend services and ministry events that take place at their Campus. This position would work closely with the Global Kids Pastor in the execution, management and direction of this campus. </span></span></p>\n\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in;margin-right:0in;\"> </p>\n\n<p Must be solution oriented.\\n\\n\\n \\n\\nWork Environment\\nThis job operates in a professional office environment (routinely uses standard office equipment) \\n\\n \\n\\nPhysical Demands\\nOffice time is mostly a sedentary role (stationary at desk and working on a computer); during services and events, must have high energy for multiple hour segments. \\n\\n \\n\\nPosition Type and Expected Hours of Work\\nThe weekly schedule will include 40-45 hours per week and will be the same every week. In addition to your regular weekly hours you will be asked to participate in events that will occasionally include evening or weekend hours, as there are continual seasons where it will be necessary to exceed these minimum hours (i.e., Christmas, Easter, Strategic Planning, are just some examples and do not encompass all of the extended hours opportunities).
