This position reports to a Regional Service Manager&#160;and is located in Memphis, TN.&#160;<br><br><strong>Duties and Responsibilities</strong><ul><li>Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and instrument components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.</li><li>Routine maintenance on various operating CNG compressor equipment, including, but not limited to, pumps, valves, meters, rotating equipment, and various other equipment.</li><li>Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair.</li><li>Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using testing devices such as ohmmeters.</li><li>Ensures that all station equipment, including safety devices and systems are functioning properly, and reports any equipment failures to supervisor.</li><li>Performs daily walk around inspections to identify any potential risks and ensure good housekeeping standards are always maintained.</li><li>Ensures that all vendors accessing Station follow all Company Policies and Procedures.</li><li>24 Hour on-call status required.</li><li>Service existing accounts by routinely calling on customers, receiving calls from customers, and routine site visits.</li><li>Respond to emergency calls and preventative maintenance calls in an organized manner.</li><li>Responsible to book all travel and track all expenses.</li><li>Travel is 25% - domestic.</li><li>Documents service actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.</li></ul><br><strong>Qualifications and Skills</strong><ul><li>Three to five years of industrial maintenance experience, troubleshooting and repairing automated equipment.</li><li>HS Diploma or Equivalent.</li><li>Coursework or certification in electronic technology preferred.</li><li>Good communication skills (written and verbal for reporting purposes); attention to detail.</li><li>Must be able to lift 60lbs.</li><li>Computer skills, schematics</li><li>Wide range construction technology knowledge and materials, preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of Microsoft Office</li></ul><br><strong>Work Hours and Arrangements</strong><br>Expected hours no less than 40 per week<br><br><strong>Physical Requirements</strong><br>The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
