This company has built an outstanding reputation over many years through strong relationships, repeat business, and a people-first culture — offering the stability of an established builder with the growth and excitement of a company continuing to expand.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">This is a fully onsite position dedicated to one project at a time — allowing you to stay focused, lead effectively, and deliver projects successfully without being stretched across multiple jobsites.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">🔨 What You’ll Own</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">• Lead all day-to-day field operations on large-scale commercial construction projects</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">• Run and coordinate all subcontractors, vendors, and on-site trades</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">• Oversee Assistant Superintendents, Foremen, laborers, and carpenters</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">• Drive scheduling, sequencing, and overall project execution from groundbreaking through closeout</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">• Maintain high standards for quality, safety, and production</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">• Solve field challenges proactively to keep projects moving forward</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">• Partner closely with Field Operations leadership and project teams</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">• Oversee projects typically around $20M+ in value</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">• Stay dedicated to one project at a time with project durations ranging from 12–36 months</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">• Lead exciting ground-up commercial projects, including upcoming manufacturing and educational/school builds</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">• Utilize Procore, Primavera P3 Scheduling, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, and Autodesk tools to manage project execution and communication</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">✅ What They’re Looking For</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">• 10+ years of experience as a Lead Superintendent</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">• Proven success leading commercial construction projects from the field</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">• Experience managing projects valued at $10M+</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">• Strong background in ground-up commercial construction</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">• Manufacturing and/or school project experience preferred</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">• Strong leadership presence with the ability to keep teams aligned, accountable, and on schedule</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">⭐ Ideal Background</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">The ideal candidate has steadily progressed throughout their career — starting on smaller projects early on and growing into successfully leading large-scale commercial builds valued at $20M+.
