    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>We are seeking a skilled <strong>Lead Access Control Technician/Security Technician </strong>to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of enterprise-level access control, CCTV, and intrusion systems in medium and large commercial buildings. You will also lead a small crew when needed and ensure that all tasks meet industry standards and customer expectations. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Install, troubleshoot, and repair electronic access control equipment and hardware. Perform preventative maintenance on electronic equipment and hardware. </li>\n <li>Understand relay logic and integrate Card Access, Fire Alarm, Intrusion, Low Voltage Power, POE, Network, and VLANS systems. </li>\n <li>Install card readers, sensors, door hardware, maglocks, PTE buttons, Rex Scanners, and control boards for electronic access control systems.</li>\n <li>Perform maintenance and repairs on automatic or electrically operated door opening devices and related hardware. </li>\n <li>Use access control software and mobile applications for programming, troubleshooting, status updates, and generating reports. </li>\n <li>Adjust doors and related hardware to ensure proper closing and latching. </li>\n <li>Lead a small crew of helpers when necessary. </li>\n <li>Respond to service calls across various buildings and campus locations. </li>\n <li>Maintain compliance with OSHA and general safety regulations. </li>\n <li>Perform after-hours emergency calls as needed. </li>\n <li>Assist in preparing estimates by gathering site information. </li>\n <li>Maintain spare stock inventory and supplies. </li>\n <li>Assist other departments with interconnections to security and fire safety systems. </li>\n <li>Maintain current knowledge of industry best practices through ongoing training and certifications. </li>\n <li>Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, schematics, and operational product manuals.</li>\n <li>Communicate project status effectively with management and other stakeholders. </li>\n <li>Assist supervisors in maintaining inventory and ordering supplies. </li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent. </li>\n <li>5+ years of experience with electronic access control systems. </li>\n <li>Valid Driver’s License. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Manufacturer training/certifications in electronic access control systems (PDK, Brivo, RS2, S2/Lenel, Honeywell, HID, and others). </li>\n <li>Experience with systems such as Lenel RS2, Software House (CCURE), Hanwha, DMP, Bosch, Brivo, Hikvision, Avigilon, and Milestone. </li>\n <li>Certifications in video surveillance (Avigilon, Genetec, Milestone, Bosch, Axis, Hanwha) and intrusion systems (DMP, DSC, Honeywell, Bosch). </li>\n <li>Experience working in sectors such as healthcare, education, manufacturing, utilities, financial, and hospitality. </li>\n <li>Proficiency in data terminations and physical network setup.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Physical and Basic Requirements</strong>: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to work in unusual positions such as climbing ladders, working on scaffolding, or in confined spaces.</li>\n <li>Capable of performing physical labor, including lifting up to 75 lbs. </li>\n <li>Ability to work from heights using ladders or man lifts up to 60 feet. </li>\n <li>Regular and reliable attendance. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>You’ll Benefit from:</strong> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Unlimited Growth Opportunity</strong>: With a constantly expanding range of products and vertical markets, we consistently experience double-digit growth, creating new avenues for advancement and promotion within our company. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Comprehensive Benefits Package</strong>: Our benefits package is here to support you and your well-being.
