You’ll play a key role in supporting site teams by handling urgent service needs, making readies, and performing preventative maintenance, wherever help is needed most.</p><p><br></p><p>You'll report directly to the Regional Property Supervisor and be part of a dynamic team that values radical transparency, teamwork, and customer-first service.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Respond to work orders (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliances repairs, glass replacement,etc.)</li><li>Complete apartment make-ready tasks and unit turnovers quickly and efficiently</li><li>Handle occupied unit repairs with professionalism and urgency</li><li>Support site teams with preventative maintenance and safety checks</li><li>Occasionally assist with groundskeeping when needed</li><li>Follow all safety protocols and ensure company policies are met</li><li>Represent the company with professionalism and a solution-focused mindset</li><li>Assist with other duties assigned.</li></ul>",
