For four decades it has been a favorite for both locals and visitors looking to enjoy scenic dining and relaxed coastal atmosphere.</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><ul><li>Provide food and beverage service, including order-taking, delivery, and clearing of items.</li><li>Check station before, during, and after each shift to ensure proper setup and cleanliness.</li><li>Greeting guests warmly; explain daily specials and restaurant promotions.</li><li>Accurately take orders and input them into the POS system for kitchen communication.</li><li>Retrieve orders from the kitchen, verify accuracy, and deliver promptly to guests.</li><li>Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests quickly.</li><li>Comply with all state and federal regulations and liquor policies regarding alcohol service.</li><li>Verify guests purchasing alcohol are at least 21 years of age and ensure alcohol is consumed only in designated areas.</li><li>Maintain full knowledge of menu and bar items; make informed recommendations.</li><li>Use suggestive selling techniques to enhance the guest experience.</li><li>Establish a professional and hospitable rapport with every guest served.</li><li>Perform opening, running, and closing side work assignments.</li><li>Assist colleagues during peak periods and work as a team member.</li><li>Attend training sessions, read shift notes, and participate in pre-shift meetings.</li><li>Adhere to all company policies, standards, and procedures.</li><li>Ability to work both upstairs in the pub and downstairs in the dining room&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or GED required.</li><li>TIPS Certification.</li><li>Must be authorized to work in the USA and provide proper documentation.</li><li>Minimum age of 18 and authorized to work in the U.S.</li><li>Ability to obtain any necessary licensing or permits as required by law.</li><li>Preferred: At least 1 year of experience in a full-service restaurant environment.</li><li>Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced setting.</li><li>Know the product you are selling with both food and beverage.</li><li>Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.</li><li>Strong customer service and professional guest interaction skills.</li><li>Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to entertain and interact with guests.</li></ul><p><strong>BENEFITS:</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive Wages</li><li>Performance-Based Career Growth</li><li>Employee Dining Discounts</li><li>Equal Employment Opportunity</li></ul><p><strong>Required Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Guest Service</li><li>Teamwork</li><li>Communication</li><li>Attention to Detail</li><li>Ability to Work Under Pressure</li><li>Organizational Skills</li><li>Adaptability</li><li>Positive Attitude</li><li>Work Ethic</li></ul>",
