Auto Body Technician

Our Auto Body Technicians thoroughly repair damaged vehicle parts and bodies, in a state-of-the-art facility, while being in accordance with Swift Recon time specifications and standards. You will stay busy so that you can keep earning and learning, in an employee-orientated shop.

Position Duties and Responsibilities
Disassembles vehicles for the initial Repair Plan. Ensures all needed repairs are identified to eliminate supplements and minimize repair time. Repair or replace defective parts. Performs work as outlined on repair orders. Maintains an open line of communication with the production manager expressing any changes in the repair plan. Complies with company safety rules, guidelines, and standards. Perform other duties as required to successfully meet the needs of Swift Recon.
Position Requirements
Pass a criminal background check and drug screen. 2-5 years of collision repair experience Ability to properly complete light and heavy repairs Able to handle high production.
