      "content": "<li>8+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally blending Big Four public accounting and industry roles.</li><li>Demonstrable experience with deep GL accounting processes and a proven ability to lead a team through monthly and quarterly close cycles.</li><li>Significant experience in building and managing business process controls in a SOX environment, preferably for a public company.</li><li>Expertise in technical GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.</li><li>Strong leadership capabilities with a \"player/coach\" mentality and a passion for mentoring and staff development.</li><li>Highly collaborative, effective, and proactive communication skills with the ability to influence partners across the organization.</li><li>CPA certification required.</li><li>Strong understanding of SOX compliance related to financial reporting controls.</li><li>Experience thriving in a dynamic, high-growth environment, such as a recently public technology company.</li>"
