Description

Overview Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 States, is seeking attorneys with experience in handling litigation on behalf of health insurers including defending life, health, disability, and payor-provider litigation, class actions, state statutory claims, ERISA litigation, and insurance bad faith. Ideal candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in litigating health insurance issues. The position involves engagement in complex litigation in both state and federal court and an opportunity for professional development.Candidates must be self-starters who are able to manage their own litigation, formulate and implement a discovery plan including taking and defending depositions, evaluate potential insurance liability exposures, prepare case assessments and evaluations, and balance their time between several matters while producing consistently good work product. Candidates must have strong academic credentials, proven skills in writing, research and litigation experience. The position is available for anyone with a valid license to practice law in any state. There is the option of working remotely. We offer competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package, including eligibility for both discretionary and performance-based bonuses, as well as student loan repayment assistance.As a national firm with a diverse and flexible workforce, including remote roles, alternative work arrangements, and contract opportunities throughout the country, our compensation structure reflects the wide range of career paths available within our platform. Our current national base salary ranges are: Associates (approximately 1-6+ years): $100,000–$165,000; Senior Counsel/Of Counsel (approximately 5 years or more): $140,000–$215,000; Partners (approximately 7 years or more): $190,000–$275,000+. For this role, we are seeking an attorney with at least 3 years of experience. The pay range for this role is: $130,000-$165,000. Actual compensation is tailored to each individual and may vary based on factors such as experience, skills, practice area, business generation, work arrangement, and geographic market. We are committed to offering compensation that is both competitive and aligned with the value each professional brings to the firm.
