As an entry-level roofer, you’ll assist with roof installations and repairs while learning the trade in a supportive and safety-focused environment.</p>\n\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Duties/Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Assist with installing and repairing residential roofing systems.</li>\n\t<li>Carry and organize materials and tools on the job site.</li>\n\t<li>Follow instructions from team leaders and foremen.</li>\n\t<li>Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean worksite.</li>\n\t<li>Perform physical tasks such as lifting materials and climbing ladders.</li>\n\t<li>Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.</li>\n\t<li>Ability to follow safety guidelines and use PPE.</li>\n\t<li>Basic knowledge of hand tools (preferred but not required).</li>\n\t<li>Physical ability to lift materials and work at heights.</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n\t<li>1-2 Years in roofing or other related fields preferred.</li>\n\t<li>Reliable transportation to job sites.</li>\n\t<li>Strong work ethic and commitment to quality.</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p>\n\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n\t<li>Must be able to work at great heights.</li>\n\t<li>Prolonged periods of kneeling, bending, crouching, and climbing ladders.</li>\n\t<li>Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds at a time.</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Compensation/Benefits:</strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Competitive wages</li>\n\t<li>Health/Vision/Dental Insurance</li>\n\t<li>401K</li>\n\t<li>Paid time off and paid holidays</li>\n\t<li>Paid birthday off</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p dir=\"ltr\">ION Solar is an equal opportunity employer.
