Description

At Lighthouse Autism Center, our mission is simple: to bring the highest-quality autism services to the children and families who need them most. We are seeking a remote Clinical Psychologist who is fluent in Spanish and is passionate about supporting families navigating neurodevelopmental diagnoses. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working remotely for an organization that prioritizes work–life balance. This is a 1099 contractor position requiring a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, with full-time availability preferred. In this position, you will conduct diagnostic evaluations for young children (ages 2–6) with suspected ASD, using tools such as the ADOS-2, CARS-2, and other evidence-based assessments. What You’ll Do Conduct diagnostic evaluations for children with suspected autism spectrum disorder Administer ADOS-2, CARS-2, and complementary assessment tools Prepare comprehensive diagnostic reports that meet insurance requirements Review findings with families and provide recommendations for services Coordinate evaluation schedules, waitlists, and communication with the outreach team and Sr. Director of Diagnostic Assessment Participate in ongoing professional learning related to ASD evaluations and best practices Perform occasional in-person assessments within the region (minimal travel) Why You’ll Love Working With Us Remote work Flexible scheduling that supports your lifestyle Great work–life balance built into our culture Collaborative, supportive clinical team Meaningful work that truly changes lives
