    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p><p>We are seeking a skilled, safety-focused&nbsp;<strong>Forklift and Crane Operator</strong>&nbsp;to support our&nbsp;<strong>Annealing Department</strong>. In this role, you will help coordinate daily operations by safely moving, staging, and organizing material to support furnace and cooler setup. You will play a key part in maintaining efficient material flow, ensuring safe operations, and meeting production, quality, and productivity goals while working closely with your team.</p><p><strong>Salary:</strong> $21.00-$25.00</p><p><strong>Shift:</strong>&nbsp;Pitman Schedule – 12-hour rotating shifts<br><strong>Hours:</strong>&nbsp;7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (rotates weekly)</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Promote and maintain a safe work environment at all times</li><li>Follow all safety standards and procedures for forklift and overhead crane operations</li><li>Complete and document daily equipment inspections</li><li>Operate forklifts and overhead cranes to move, stage, and organize materials</li><li>Support production by clearing finished products and emptying scrap containers</li><li>Assist with order alignment, material identification, and scrap handling</li><li>Collaborate with team members to ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and efficiently</li><li>Lead by example and support training and development in crane operations and annealing processes</li><li>Identify operational issues, assist with root cause analysis, and support corrective actions</li><li>Take ownership of assigned operations and contribute to overall department success</li><li>Use Oracle or similar systems for production tracking and documentation</li><li>Participate in continuous improvement initiatives</li><li>Maintain reliable attendance and demonstrate flexibility in daily work assignments</li><li>Perform additional duties as needed to support facility operations</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p>",
